Waiting

Well, I have succeeded so far in getting up early every morning. It was pouring rain for the last 2 days, so I didn’t go for a bike ride but I will today if my husband ever gets home. He must have forgotten to wake me up and headed out for coffee. I’ve been up for 45 minutes and he’s not home yet. On the plus side, I woke up by  myself at 6:30 and it wasn’t any harder to drag myself out of bed than it usually is at 8:30! On the very plus side, yesterday I was up a full hour earlier than my husband was and that never happens!

For this week, I’ll continue to wake up early but instead of just a bike ride, I’ll add 5 sun salutations each morning. Wish me luck!
